okbji Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the okbji platform. By creating an account or playing any game, you will be considered to have accepted these rules.

Definitions & Interpretation
The terms used in these rules and conditions have the following meanings:
- "Platform" refers to the okbji website, app, and all associated services.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the okbji platform.
- "Account" refers to each member's personal gaming account.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or rewards granted by okbji.
- "Bet" refers to the amount of money placed on any game on the platform.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.
In this document, "we", "our", or "okbji" refers to the organisation operating the platform. "You" or "your" refers to the user of the platform.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account or play games on the okbji platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Important: If we find that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure. If your details change at any point, you must notify the support team without delay.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
okbji reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, OTP) completely confidential. okbji will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.
- Sharing your account with any third party is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
Please note: You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. okbji will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the okbji platform:
- bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile financial service
- Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile banking service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method). Every transaction must be equal to or greater than this minimum amount.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Using another person's mobile account or payment method to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be carried out using the account holder's own payment method.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
Example:
- If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
- If you deposit ৳18,000, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000 — your total balance will be ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering amount is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) before withdrawing that bonus. Wagering requirement: 15x (on bonus amount).
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- A maximum bet amount when using bonus funds may apply.
- If any unusual betting pattern is detected with the intent of exploiting a promotion, the bonus may be forfeited.
- okbji reserves the right to change, cancel, or update promotional offers at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
okbji's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can move up to a higher tier through continued active participation. Full details on cashback amounts and tier progression are available from support.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules
All games and bets on the okbji platform are conducted according to specific rules. Detailed rules for each game are available within the game interface. All games are conducted fairly and transparently.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Bet outcomes are entirely dependent on the result of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a technical fault causes an interruption to a game, okbji will attempt to provide the best possible resolution. okbji reserves the right to void any bet where an abnormal result has occurred due to a system error.
6.4 Currency & Language
All transactions on the okbji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Support is available in both Bengali and English.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbji platform:
7.1 Fraud & Deception
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's details
- Using stolen payment methods
- Misusing bonuses or promotions
- Using software or hacking methods to gain an unfair advantage
7.2 Money Laundering
okbji will not be involved in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity, and will take appropriate steps to prevent such activity.
7.3 Collusion
Playing in a pre-arranged manner with multiple players with the intent of harming other players is prohibited.
⚠️ If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Limitation of Liability
okbji accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue
- If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device
- If a third-party service (payment gateway) is delayed
- If loss occurs because the user shared their account login details
- Due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime
okbji always strives to ensure uninterrupted service and is committed to resolving any issues promptly.
Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure by okbji
We may close or suspend an account without notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraud or deception
- Providing false information
- If KYC verification is not completed
- If the account remains inactive for a long time
9.2 Closed by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-Exclusion requests as part of responsible gaming can be submitted through support.
